The home's bright and airy layout is spread across three levels, offering plenty of space for everyone:

Top Level - The heart of the home, this level features a great room with a large flat-screen TV, Apple TV, and a well-equipped kitchen with a double oven. Enjoy meals at the ten-person dining table or the kitchen counter. This level also includes a King en suite bedroom with a desk for remote work and access to the top-level deck, where you can climb to the crow's nest for stunning sunset views.

Mid Level - This floor houses four comfortable bedrooms: two Queen en suite bedrooms, a King bedroom, and a twin bedroom that share a full hall bath. All four rooms offer direct access to the deck, where you can sway in the double hammock swing and the large single hammock.

Ground Level - The fun continues on the ground floor with a game room featuring a high-quality pool table, a flat-screen TV, and a wet bar with an extra refrigerator. This level includes a Queen bedroom and a bedroom with two bunk beds, which share a full bathroom. A full-size washer and dryer are also conveniently located here.

** The Sassy Starfish is dog-friendly, so bring your well-behaved dog with you! For a one-time fee of $175, you can bring up to TWO dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

** Pool opens on May 1st and closes on October 15th. The pool and hot tub is professionally cleaned and maintained. Our pool has a propane heater that will heat the pool regardless of the air temperature. The pool heater will be set at 84 degrees. A pool heat fee of $90/night is added to your reservation at the time of the request (yes, propane is expensive). Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance of check in so we can have the pool heat on for you!

** Check-In begins at 4pm. The keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.

By booking, I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party, SafelyStay, Inc, to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
